PANCAKE DAY: GOING TO THE THEATER

THIS MORNING, THE FIRST AND SECOND STUDENTS HAVE MADE A MANUAL AND AFTER WE HAVE BEEN BROUGHT TO THE THEATER TO SEE "UNDER, OVER AND AROUND" TO CAN JOFRESA.

THIS MORNING THE STUDENTS OF FIFTH HAVE PREPARED A PANCAKE, AND AFTER WE HAVE BEEN DONEED.

The semifinalist are:

And the winners are.... MONTSE & VALENTINA

This morning, third and fourth year students we made pancakes and then we ate them. Yummy!!!

PANCAKE DAY: THEATRE "ROUND AND ROUND..."

PANCAKE DAY

Today we celebrate "Pancake day" at school. It's a typical UK holiday where everything revolves around this typical English / American meal.

In the morning, the students of "Infantil" Education and the Initial Cycle will go to the theater of Can Jofresa to see a play in English, while the students of Cicle Mitjà and Superior will make a decoration contest of Pancakes.

In the afternoon we will meet to make typical games of this holiday.

This is one of the best days to promote the English language among the students and teachers of the center!

Avui celebrem a l'escola el "Pancake day". És una festivitat típica del Regne Unit on tot gira entorn a aquest menjar típic anglès/americà.

Al matí els i les alumnes i alumnes d'Educació Infantil i Cicle Inicial aniran al teatre de Can Jofresa a veure una obra de teatre en anglès, mentre els alumnes de Cicle Mitjà i Superior faran un concurs de decoració de Pancakes.

A la tarda ens reunirem per fer jocs típics d'aquesta festivitat.

Això sí, és un dels millors dies per fomentar la llengua anglesa entre alumnes i mestres del centre!
